Job Overview:
The Youth Services Assistant Summer Counselor Supports the IRC’s Education and Youth Services Team by assisting in the coordination and delivery of youth-focused educational and enrichment activities. This includes helping to implement summer and school-year programs, supporting communication with families, and collaborating with partner organizations. The role Involves following established procedures, providing logistical and administrative support and ensuring culturally appropriate engagement with refugee and immigrant youth and their families.
