Job Description
Lead and manage both Trainer and Mobilizer teams. Plan and monitor daily training sessions and field mobilization activities.
Ensure quality training delivery and proper workers engagement. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, admins. Set targets and track performance of trainers and mobilizers. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Handle field and classroom-related issues effectively.
Maintain and submit daily/weekly performance reports.
