Job Title: Sales / Real Estate Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite – Work from Office)

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 07:00 PM)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1 Rotational Weekly Off)


Job Overview:

Voitekk SoftSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic, self-driven, and goal-oriented Sales / Real Estate Executives for our BPO operations in Thane West. You will be responsible for lead generation and outbound sales in projects like Dosti Premium (Real Estate) and Plix Outbound (Medical Product Sales).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls.

  • Generate leads and convert them into customers.

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates (Sales, BPO, or Real Estate background preferred)

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

  • Gender: Open to all (Male & Female)

  • Languages: English and Hindi (Average to Above Average Communication Skills – V4 level)


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience)

  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
