Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives (Domestic & International) to join our growing team at TendersOnTime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with B2B clients over calls and emails to promote and sell subscription services for global tenders. This role involves converting leads, handling client queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to domestic and international clients for subscription sales.
Promote and sell TendersOnTime's B2B tender subscription services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary product information.
Convert leads into successful business deals.
Maintain and update CRM with client information.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with other departments for client onboarding and issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Telesales
Age Limit: 19 to 35 Years
Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory)
