About NDNS

New Delhi Nature Society is a public charitable trust in Delhi. It has run nature walks, workshops and conservation work since 2014 and was registered as a trust in 2017. NDNS holds 12AB and 80G registration, CSR-1 (MCA) and NGO Darpan enrolment. Our current work includes a Yamuna fish and water-testing programme, funded by public donors through Milaap, plus nature walks and workshops for Delhi residents. The role

Our CSR proposals, grant applications and prospect research are prepared with help from AI research and drafting tools. We need a person to turn them into meetings, relationships and signed partnerships. You will work directly with the President.

What you will do

1. Get meetings. Reach CSR teams, foundations and corporate partners in Delhi NCR by phone, email and LinkedIn, and set up meetings.
2. Pitch and follow up. Attend meetings in Delhi NCR, present NDNS's projects, and follow up until there is a clear yes or no.
3. Tailor proposals. Work with our drafts to tailor proposals and budgets to each funder, and collect the documents they need (CSR-1, 80G, 12AB, audits).
4. Keep the pipeline. Keep the funder tracker current and send the President a short weekly update.
5. Stay ethical and approved. All outreach goes out only with the President's approval. No commitments without sign-off.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in CSR, NGO fundraising, corporate partnerships or business development.
• At least one partnership, grant or CSR deal you helped close, which you can describe.
• Contacts among Delhi NCR CSR teams or foundations (a strong plus).
• Clear spoken and written English and Hindi; confident on calls and in meetings.
• Willing to travel within Delhi NCR for meetings and the occasional site visit (Yamuna and nature sites).

Terms

• Part-time, 2 days a week, on a 6-month contract. We review at month 3, with possible extension.
• Fixed monthly fee of Rs 12,000-20,000, depending on experience.
• No commission or percentage of funds raised, in line with the AFP Code of Ethical Standards and the International Statement of Ethical Principles in Fundraising. Any bonus will be a fixed amount for an agreed milestone, set in advance.
• Hybrid. Work from home, with meetings in Delhi NCR.

Selection process

1. CV and note shortlist.
2. A 30-minute call with the President.
3. A short paid trial task (one week): review one CSR proposal, name the contacts you can reach, and do a 10-minute mock pitch.
