Position / Location / Salary / Gender

- Position: Field Project Manager

- Location: Naimisharanya, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India

- Salary: Rs 10,000-15,000 per month

- Open to male or female candidates

Key Duties

- Lead and supervise field enumerators across Sitapur district.

- Plan daily field visits, routes, and respondent tracking.

- Ensure surveys are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

- Coordinate with village heads, ASHA/anganwadi workers, and local officials.

- Send daily progress updates to the Lucknow office.

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate degree (Social Work, Rural Development, or Social Sciences preferred).

- At least 1 year of experience in surveys, NGO fieldwork, or field supervision.

- Knowledge of Sitapur district villages.

- Fluent Hindi; own two-wheeler preferred.

- Willing to travel daily within the district.
