Your role will be to contact potential customers by phone, explain our property offerings, and convert leads into clients. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database

Present, promote, and sell real estate services and property options

Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally

Maintain and update CRM with client details and follow-ups

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate lead generation
Requirements

Only female candidates are eligible to apply

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience (real estate preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages

Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software

Should be based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Graduate or 10+2 pass with good communication skills
