ERP Business Analyst (Full-Time, Remote – US-Based)

LockedIn AI is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven ERP Business Analyst to optimize, integrate, and manage enterprise resource planning systems that support our rapidly scaling operations.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that systems across finance, subscription management, procurement, and reporting are efficient, automated, and scalable. You will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement system improvements that enhance operational performance for a platform serving over 1 million users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes across finance, operations, and subscription systems
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation and workflow improvements
• Configure and manage ERP systems including finance, billing, and reporting modules
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, engineering, and product
• Design and manage integrations between ERP, CRM, payment systems, and analytics tools
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Build dashboards and reports for business insights (MRR, ARR, churn, etc.)
• Support testing, implementation, and user training for ERP updates

Technical Skills and Expertise Required

• Strong experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar)
• Knowledge of system integrations using APIs, middleware, or webhooks
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, revenue recognition)
• Familiarity with automation workflows and ERP configuration

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven experience in ERP system configuration and optimization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
• Familiarity with subscription billing tools (Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly)
• Knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Experience with financial audits or compliance (SOC 2)
• Background in SaaS, EdTech, or tech startups
• Exposure to AI-driven automation tools
