Because every child deserves a healthy start in life, our Department of Global Health supports the delivery of high-impact health services to improve the health of children and their families, particularly those living in areas where access to health service coverage is disrupted by discrimination, inequities, crisis, and conflict. Our goal is to ensure, by 2030, that no child dies from preventable causes before their fifth birthday and that children have a healthy start in life.
We are requesting competitive quotes from qualified vendors or consultants to provide digital media trainings and staff coaching, as outlined below.
To increase the breadth and depth of knowledge and skills surrounding digital communications to empower staff to build their social media presence in service of their work.
We are requesting two in-person (DC office + online) and/or online trainings on the below and to cover:
2. Targeted Staff Coaching
The two trainings will be followed by one-on-one LinkedIn and email coaching for up to 15 key staff, either alone or in cohorts, focused on key individuals who already use social media, or voice a desire to commit to a social media presence.
Each individual will receive ~3 coaching sessions, two weeks apart, where they will gain knowledge on how to use LinkedIn and email marketing most appropriately, brainstorm exercises on content, review their LinkedIn profile, and given help in developing social media posts and targeted emails.
