Customer Support Executive

Job description:

We are hiring enthusiastic candidate for the role as a Customer Support, you will assist customers, handle queries, and provide support in multiple languages to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone.
• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when required
• Communicate clearly and politely with customers
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Follow company processes and guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers or 6–12 months experience in customer support
• Basic computer knowledge

Language Requirements:
1. Tamil
2. Telugu
3. Hindi
4. English (basic understanding required)
