. Handle inbound calls related to Airline Services
Assist customers with booking, Cancellation
rescheduling and other quires
. Providing excellent customer support while ensuring
first call resolution.
.Maintaining Professional communication and adhering
to company quality Standards
.Work in coordination with the team to meet daily
targets and KPI's
â•Required Skills & Qualification
Graduation is mandate
Minimum 1 Year Travel Experience (voice Process only )
â•Shift timings:
*Ability to work in rotational Shift
â• Salary slab: upto 40K CTC
â•Working Days- 5 days a week
