This full-time position offers a competitive salary of R 18,000 per month. Key Responsibilities
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the plant facilities to ensure a tidy environment.
• Cleans production areas, including floors, machinery, and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials, following the company's environmental guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any cleanliness-related issues promptly.0765212221
• Assist in setting up cleaning materials and supplies, ensuring availability for daily tasks.
• Document completion of tasks and report any irregularities to management.
Required and preferred qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in industrial settings.
The Plant Cleaner will work collaboratively with a dedicated team focused on maintaining operational excellence. You will report directly to the Facility Manager and engage with other departments to ensure proper cleaning procedures are in place.
