Presently I am working as Sr. Executive - Resource Mobilisation & Employee Vol at United Way of Bengaluru. Currently handling end-to-end CSR requirements for corporate partners (25+) associated with UWBe. Helping Corporates to plan their CSR with Suitable projects and thematic areas. Proposal writing and project budgeting. NGO due diligence and partner management across several locations in India, Project report writing, and monitoring. Closely working with Project Teams. Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Regular Field visits and Donor End-to-end planning of employee volunteering for more than 30 corporate partners, including indoor, outdoor, small scale and larger-scale activities.
