I am an IT Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in software development. My management style should vary depending on the circumstances, though I feel most comfortable applying Lean and Agile methodologies, coaching, personal potential development, non-violent communication and visionary and inclusive management as a framework for my professional day to day. I have a great track record of developing geographically scattered, multicultural teams and enterprise-scale technical solutions. I am comfortable working with a number of parallel projects of different complexity and stakeholders varying from C-level to product managers, designers and software engineers. My strong technical background mixed with a natural crave for soft skills development allow me to communicate easily with virtually all types of stakeholders and strive for a solution for any kind of a problem. I have spent the last couple of years dedicated to human and social studies and working as a volunteer in different types of NGOs, looking to create real and positive impact on other people’s lives. That helped me to further develop my soft and management skills and gain a fresh look on the importance of efficient use of resources, teamwork, collaboration and human potential while giving me a sense of using my own energy meaningfully. Now I would like to continue this path professionally hence I am looking for job opportunities in sectors focused on creating social and/or environmental change.
